No – Transitions® GEN S™ lenses react to UV light and as most windscreens block UV rays it prevents them from working in the car. If you would like a light reactive lens that works both outdoors and in the car an XTRActive Transition would be the lens for you.
How dark do Transitions® GEN S™ lenses get?
Outdoors in bright sunlight, Transitions® GEN S™ lenses can darken to a high level of tint, providing excellent glare protection and comfort. The exact darkness depends on light intensity, temperature, and lens colour.
Do Transitions® GEN S™ lenses block blue light?
Yes – they help filter blue-violet light both indoors and outdoors, reducing digital eye strain and offering extra protection for your eyes.
Are Transitions® GEN S™ lenses polarised?
